Excellent, thought provocking and calming
I have had the C.D. for many months now, and use it regularly. I often listen to the inspirations when I am doing mundane tasks, and find it most uplifting. There is a meditation at the end of the C.D. which leaves me feeling relaxed and uplifted, no matter how I feel when I start the meditation. ... read more.
